This is a translation for reference. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

What data we use and for what purpose

Your email, to send you the entry code, account notifications, and reminders about your books (for example, if one wasn't downloaded). Each reminder includes a link to opt out. We do not sell or share your email.
Your files, to convert them and save the result for you. The converted book and the file you uploaded remain in your library, which only you can see: the ones you downloaded, until you delete them or close your account; the ones you didn’t, are deleted after 24 hours.
The upload log (account, IP, date, file name and fingerprint, without its content), kept for one year, to respond to copyright claims and requests from authorities.
Copyright claims: if someone files a claim about one of your books, we keep the claim and your response. If you respond with a counter-notice, U.S. law requires us to send a copy to the claimant, including your name and contact information.
The IP address and a mark in your browser, to prevent serial account creation and protect the service.
Usage statistics with Google Analytics: which pages are visited and at which step people stop (upload, convert, download, pay), without your email or files. Uses Google cookies; you can block them in your browser without affecting functionality.
Payment data is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.

Who data is shared with

With Stripe for payments, with the email provider to send you the code, with Google for usage statistics, and with an artificial intelligence service that receives individual words and lines from titles to correct spelling and build the index, without your data. We do not sell data to anyone.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by writing to soporte@allbase.com.ar. When you delete your account, everything is deleted, including your library, except for the upload record and claims, which are kept until one year is complete for the reasons above. You can delete each book in your library yourself at any time.
